Hello, I have a room available in a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on 81st and Amsterdam. The room is very spacious ( big enough to fit a full bed) with good closet space and hardwood floors. The rent cost is $1537.50 a month. The room will come unfurnished. However, the rest of the apartment is completely furnished. The apartment is a 4-floor walk-up in a great neighbourhood. The kitchen has white appliances and an abundance of cabinet and counter space. The living room is huge with a flat screen tv mounted on the wall. Great UWS neighbourhood There are a lot of bars, coffee shops, stores all over Broadway and Amsterdam. 2 block walk to the 1 and B,C Train. The existing roommate, Mike whose room is in the front of the apartment is the leaseholder. You will be signing a one year sublease directly from him. Mike is a gay male in his early thirties and works in special effects for movies. He is very nice, respectful and friendly. He likes to keep the apartment clean, doesn't mind if you have company/partner as long as they don't move in. Goes out occasionally and is 420 friendly but doesn't smoke very often.
